Cheerleaders & Dancers of the Final Four: Villanova's Kristin

Today we begin our journey to the Final Four with our usual Cheerleaders & Dancers of the Final Four posts. But this year we are going to (hopefully) feature a specific cheerleader or dancer from each school (though I'm still working to find someone from Syracuse).

Our first feature is Villanova University dancer Kristin. A senior Political Science and English double major, Kristin is preparing to graduate and face the real world in just a couple short months. Her main goal after graduation is to head to Washington DC and work on or near Capitol Hill. And while that seems like a loft goal, I have a feeling anyone that can graduate with a double major while also serving as a captain of the dance team is going to go far in life.

Unfortunately Kristin doesn't get to attend the Final Four since she is preparing to lead her own squad into battle at the NDA Nationals in Daytona Beach within the week. So while the Wildcats are battling for supremacy on the court, Kristin and her squad will be getting ready to battle for supremacy on the dance floor. Go get 'em Kristin!

FAST FACTS ABOUT KRISTIN:

  • Is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority
  • Had spinal fusion surgery as a child and can't bend her back
  • Is minoring in Writing and Rhetoric (whatever that means)
  • Follow her on Instagram: @kristinwellss
